What is an ARG?
An ARG stands for an Alternate Reality Game. It is an interactive narrative that uses the real world as a platform, often involving multiple media and game elements, to tell a story that may be affected by participants’ ideas or actions.
My strengths:
- Social blogger: I am very familiar with social networking websites and can funtion them very easily. I can find the hidden potential of tools available on the internet for this project.
- Concept: Coming up with innovative concepts, visualsing and designing ideas is what I enjoy doing. May it be making prototypes on Photoshop, Illustrator or hand sketches.
- Interest in Video Games: I have an avid interest in Video Games and I think this is advantageous in this porject.
- Designing: I am good at designing in Photoshop, Illustrator, model making and sketching.
Skills to build upon:
- Marketing:I would like to improve my understanding of marketing and advertising.
- Understand the use of multiple platforms as a method of storytelling.
